Terms of use
By playing on sinuca.io you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.
1. The game
sinuca.io is a free pool game in the browser. There are no bets, prizes or money involved, and the game may not be used for that.
2. Fair play
When playing online, you agree not to:
- use programs, bots or tricks to play for you or to alter the game;
- overload, attack or try to break into the server;
- use offensive or discriminatory nicknames, or impersonate someone else.
We may change nicknames, close connections and block access for anyone who breaks these rules.
3. The service
The game is provided "as is", with no guarantee of uninterrupted operation. The server may be updated or restarted, and matches in progress may end. We may change, pause or shut down the game, or parts of it, at any time.
4. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the game, such as lost matches, lost browser data or service interruptions. Nothing here limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
5. Ownership

7. Law and contact
